Approved course of action on property encroachment: Dave recommended to notify Dan Meeker about the encroachment but take no action to make him move the building or the fence. Ed Made motion notify Dan Meeker if anything happens to the building or fence, he will not be allowed to rebuild on the same site. He will have to move it to his property at that time. Dave will talk to Dan Meeker, and will mail a letter as well with copies of the survey. Emily 2nd the motion.
