The Fairmount Village Board met in open session this 16th day of October, 2019 in the council chambers of the village hall. Public comments:
Doug O’Toole from Vermilion County Health Department talked about the Television and electronic Recycling program on October 19. Brenda Adams Director of Keeping Vermilion County Beautiful asked village membership to consider the membership of $1000. Reiterated what KVCB does for the county. Villages who are members with the KVCB will help with up to two events in the community if they are asked. Also, about Keep Vermilion County Beautiful they Offer a residential membership and grants are available for smaller residential beautification projects. They are also on Facebook invite to like their page.
