: Dave read an email received from Mr. Stacey Moore concerning people burning trash etc. Gary said he had spoken to Moore and advised him to call 911 for any illegal burning, or burning that is a hinderance.
Ameren sent a letter stating they had counted the village having 72 street lights and are only being billed for 71. We asked for the location of each light before we decide if we want to update our billing or remove a light.

Discussion on Cannabis Ordinance- Board was not interested in pursuing.
The 2018-2019 audit is done. Dave Passed them out to be reviewed and approved at October meeting.
Gary announced Fairmount was awarded the grant for the computer aided dispatch system in amount of about $7100.
A child has been riding her battery-operated scooter all over town and on Main Street and has caused a great concern. Because of safety to the child in traffic and other people. Gary said he has talked to the parents and will again.
Project review: Water System pressure control The water person has had a health issue and death in family. Dave said will reach out to him in a few weeks
