Action Items
The Intergovernmental Agreement with City of Danville was removed from the agenda due to the lack of interest of the City of Danville
Approved repairs for fences at Fairmount Park Powell Fence Company of Danville has provided us with an estimate to repair the fence posts around the basketball and tennis court. There estimate is $1,367.50. Ed made motion, Dan 2nd

Board Correspondence: Dave read a letter from the Sidell Reporter requesting that the village notifies it of any regular, special-called and emergency meetings that are held by the village board in 2019.

Board Comments
The Village has received a request to place a stop sign at the intersection of Oak and Myrtle. A request has also been made to post speed limit signs on those streets. Dave has instructed Chief Wright to document traffic flow and speeds for those streets for the next month. Once we have that information the board can decide whether stops signs and speed limit signs are warranted. Ed also wants the bushes to be looked at intersections.
Emily wanted to see if there was interest in a Redbox for movies at Casey’s. Ed said when they looked at it in the past there wasn’t enough traffic control.
Project review
Water System pressure control: Dave spoke with Tom Baird about the pressure control system in the water treatment plant. Baird said it would be the end of the 1st quarter of 2019 before he will be able to get to us. Board needs to decide if they want to wait or go with someone else. If we go with someone else, we will need an engineer to build bid specs. Board wants to wait until the end of March to see if Baird will be able to work then
